About the Role
The Senior Maintenance Manager will lead and coordinate all maintenance and facility support activities, drive the "Safety First" program, manage customer relations, and develop staff. Responsibilities also include budgeting, cost control, profit and loss accountability, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company and customer policies. • Lead and coordinate all maintenance and facility support activities, including safety program oversight and customer relations. • Manage staffing, employee development, policy implementation, and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Prepare and control budgets, drive cost control, and hold profit and loss responsibility for the account. • Develop and maintain maintenance processes, ensure reliability of conveyor systems, and apply preventative and predictive maintenance practices. • Oversee all salaried and hourly personnel, ensuring adherence to company and customer policies.

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at its location, with a focus on preventative and predictive maintenance of conveyor systems and reliability maintenance principles. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or a related field and possess at least five years of maintenance management experience, including supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating; reliability experience is strongly preferred. Active participation in professional organizations such as SMRP, IFMA, or BOMA and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project are desired, and applicants must be able to lift 20 lb, stand for long periods, and climb stairs. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field. • Minimum five years of maintenance management experience; reliability experience preferred. • Active membership in professional organizations (e.g., SMRP, IFMA, BOMA) and relevant certifications desired. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). • Physical ability to lift 20 lb, stand for long periods, and climb stairs.
