About the Role

The Final Assembly Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment in the Final Assembly area. The role involves working on a production line, standing for the majority of the shift, and handling components that range from light to heavy weight. Key duties include inspecting products, adjusting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and reworking rejected units. Operators load and unload units, manage material‑handling breakdowns, and operate specialized stations such as valve‑assembly robots, torque‑checking stations, mass spectrometer, and packaging machines. They also restock parts, change over equipment for different product models, and ensure all work follows documented instructions. • Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain Final Assembly equipment. • Inspect products and adjust equipment according to work instructions. • Perform preventive maintenance and rework rejected units. • Load and unload units; handle material‑handling breakdowns and restock components. • Operate valve‑assembly robots, torque stations, mass spectrometer, and packaging machines. • Change over equipment for different product models. • Follow all environmental, health, and safety protocols and attend required trainings. • Act as a safety coach and report accidents or hazards immediately. • Work the 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm shift, Monday‑Friday, with overtime as needed.

Compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards is required. Employees must follow safety rules, attend training, report incidents, act as safety coaches, and handle hazardous materials and waste according to company procedures. • Meet minimum qualifications: 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to lift moderate to heavy weights.

Benefits

The position works a 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $23.90 /hr during training and $26.21 /hr once certified, plus a competitive benefits package.
