About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring effective cost estimation and management, project financial control, and contract administration across diverse, large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. Your primary responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices. You will also provide strategic cost advice, oversee budget control, and support successful project execution across multiple geographies. You will handle financial reporting such as cash flow forecasting, cost variance analysis, and net margin assessments while maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. The role also involves managing risks, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
