About the Role
The consultant will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote a positive image of the community, and assist management with resident programs and retention. • Tour prospective residents, process lease applications, and prepare leases. • Plan and attend resident events and functions. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities. • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio according to property expectations.

What You Bring
