About the Role
The Program Advisory Consultant supports the Programme Advisory team under the Deputy Programme Director, providing research, trend analysis, benchmarking and collaborative design of cross‑cutting initiatives. The role involves analysing programme information and financial data, ensuring compliance with standards, maintaining accurate records and identifying process‑improvement opportunities while fostering relationships across the project lifecycle. • Conduct research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to inform programme initiatives. • Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement cross‑cutting programme solutions. • Support programme delivery tasks such as organisation design, integration, delivery model formulation and innovation. • Perform policy research and economic analysis for business case development. • Organise workshops, qualitative/quantitative research and economic modelling to assess capabilities and policy actions. • Analyse programme information and financial data, draw conclusions and present findings in written and oral form. • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with standards and identify process‑improvement opportunities. • Build and sustain internal and external relationships and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

What You Bring
• Hold a degree in engineering, business, economics, finance or a related discipline with strong academic performance. • Possess 1‑3 years of advisory experience, preferably with leading advisory firms. • Experience in economic/financial analysis, programme management and the infrastructure sector. • Knowledge of public spending frameworks such as Public Spending Code, Green Book and Infrastructure Guidelines. • Awareness of government policies and guidelines. • Strategic, logical thinker with excellent analytical capabilities. • Proficiency in research design, econometric and financial analysis. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; PowerBI and MS Project desirable. • Ability to write, document and maintain technical standards, guidelines and workflows. • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
