About the Role
Guest Service Coordinators are responsible for providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers while maintaining the reception and refreshment area within the Sales Gallery. They support Sales and Marketing departments by handling policies and qualifications, processing multiple offices, and assigning agents with guests for Hilton Grand Vacations vacation ownership sales presentations. Coordinators work full-time shifts varying between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
