About the Role

We are hiring a term Project Coordinator (ending December 2028) who will report to the Manager of Project Controls. The role supports effective communication with stakeholders, maintains project documentation, creates requisitions and purchase orders, processes invoices, and follows governance using Oracle and PMWeb software. • Support cost coordination, control, and document control functions for the project controls team. • Prepare and input key metrics and reports to track project performance. • Enter purchase requisitions, update purchase orders, and attest invoices in Oracle and PMWeb. • Set up vendors in financial and cost systems and assist them with invoicing procedures. • Reconcile cost data between Oracle and PMWeb on a monthly basis and maintain workflows. • Coordinate month‑end accruals with the project Cost Specialist. • Ensure alignment with corporate, regulatory compliance and governance standards. • Arrange meetings with user groups and manage logistics for project activities. • Document meeting minutes, create action plans, and follow up on action items. • Maintain a shared SharePoint site for critical purchasing, invoice documentation, and workflow processes. • Maintain project procedures for activity tracking and deliverable status monitoring. • Work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in business administration and have at least five years of relevant experience; a project management certification is an asset. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with project‑control software, MS Office, and familiarity with SharePoint, Oracle or PMWeb are desirable, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. • Hold a diploma or degree in business administration. • Bring at least five years of relevant experience; project management certification is a plus. • Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and analytical skills. • Possess strong knowledge of project control software applications and the MS Office suite. • Experience with SharePoint, Oracle, or PMWeb is an asset. • Ability to quickly learn new software applications. • Exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of documentation. • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
