About the Role

The role directs day‑to‑day activities and operations of a large team of Construction/Operation Project Managers, mentors junior members, and makes tactical decisions to resolve project issues. It also manages construction project costs, methods, and team selection. Key responsibilities include providing management and leadership aligned with Operations’ goals, leading medium‑scale and regional construction programs, overseeing up to 20 external vendors such as general contractors and design teams, contributing to training program development, conducting contract administration, mentoring junior staff, and helping create best‑in‑class policies and procedures. • Direct day‑to‑day activities of a large Construction/Operation Project Management team. • Mentor junior team members and make tactical project decisions. • Manage construction project costs, methods, and team selection. • Lead medium‑scale and regional construction programs, including ground‑up builds and remodels. • Oversee up to 20 external vendors per project, such as general contractors and design teams. • Develop and deliver cross‑functional training programs. • Conduct contract administration: generate, review, and monitor contracts, change orders, and cost forecasts. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of best‑in‑class policies and procedures. • Provide health, life, disability, and voluntary insurance plans. • Provide Employee Assistance Program. • Ensure equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodations. • Utilize AI in hiring and participate in E‑Verify for employment eligibility.

Compensation varies by location, with base salary ranges from $136,000 to $245,000 annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
