About the Role
A Property Manager oversees the operation of commercial or residential properties, supervising various departments such as accounting, sales, maintenance, and grounds‑keeping. The role includes conducting periodic inspections to ensure all areas are functioning properly and following up on work to guarantee swift completion. • Process leases, collect rent, make bank deposits, verify income and maintain waiting list. • Ensure compliance with HUD, TCAC or other regulations. • Process evictions. • Supervise on‑site staff and coordinate repairs and maintenance.

What You Bring
The position requires a thorough understanding of HUD, TCAC, and other regulations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, real‑estate and homeowners‑association matters, business correspondence, conflict resolution, and professional communication. Candidates should be self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented team players with strong time‑management and prioritization skills. An associate’s degree is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
