About the Role
The role offers hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, innovative setting where you help reduce jobsite risks, accelerate timelines, and deliver high‑quality solutions, providing opportunities for growth and impact on the future of off‑site integration and manufacturing. • Serve as primary contact for customers, vendors, project team, and office support. • Manage one or multiple contracts, budgets, procurement matrices, schedules, and project execution. • Monitor project costs against budgets for contracts totaling $50M+. • Coordinate quality assurance/control with the Quality Manager. • Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering scope. • Resolve inter‑group and project conflicts to meet milestones. • Expedite material procurement with internal and external purchasing teams. • Interface between IM Engineering and internal departments (Production, Quality, Logistics, Safety). • Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards and best practices. • Lead project meetings, design reviews, and conduct root‑cause investigations.

What You Bring
Employment is contingent upon a background check and drug screening, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • 10+ years progressive experience in electrical construction, focusing on large commercial/industrial projects. • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. • Knowledge of estimating processes; familiarity with ACCUBID/CONEST a plus. • Proficient in MS Project for complex schedules. • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with Teams and SharePoint. • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. • Excellent customer service skills. • Willingness to travel outside DFW/N TX area (optional).
