About the Role
The company is looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support a leading technology client at 101 Collins St in Melbourne. In this hands‑on role you will be the operational backbone that keeps the workplace running smoothly and builds meaningful relationships across all levels of the business. You will manage contractors and service providers, assign daily facilities tasks and perform basic maintenance, and use a facility‑management system such as Corrigo to track jobs, maintain records and process work orders. You will ensure all services meet company policies and safety standards, coordinate scheduling and problem‑solving with site teams, and serve on the Emergency Response Team to handle safety incidents and business‑continuity events. You will also support larger projects, reporting, planning and budgeting under the guidance of the Regional Facilities Manager. • Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality work and customer service. • Assign daily facilities tasks and perform basic maintenance. • Use facility management systems (e.g., Corrigo) to track jobs, maintain records, and process work orders. • Ensure all services comply with company policies and safety requirements. • Coordinate with site teams and management to schedule work, resolve issues, and improve operations. • Participate in the Emergency Response Team, handling safety incidents and business continuity. • Support larger projects, reporting, planning, and budgeting under the Regional Facilities Manager. • Supervise and coordinate in‑house and external contracted services for high‑standard facilities management.
