About the Role

The Field Recruiter role is responsible for full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. The position works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly influences business performance and growth. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for field positions, partner with leadership to understand staffing needs, source and qualify candidates, manage pipelines, and provide feedback to hiring teams. You will also ensure a consistent, transparent candidate experience, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and look for opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. • Gather interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a transparent, timely candidate experience and serve as primary point of contact. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and follow standardized recruiting processes. • Identify and implement improvements to increase recruiting efficiency. • Meet hiring timelines and quality targets while supporting job fairs and community outreach. • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners. • Organize and prioritize multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

Renuity seeks candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 1–3 years of talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP) is required. • Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with attention to clarity. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP preferred).
