Finance Executive
Handle AP/AR, tax compliance, reporting, and Excel modeling for finance team

About the Role
The Finance Executive will manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable, handle vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling and reconciliations, as well as oversee Accounts Receivable, invoice generation and customer follow‑ups. The position includes calculating TDS deductions, ensuring Income Tax filing, managing GST computations and returns, and staying current with tax regulation changes. Additionally, the role requires preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, creating analysis reports, building Excel‑based financial models, and assisting with budgeting and variance analysis. Support for month‑end and year‑end closing, documentation maintenance, and coordination with external auditors is also expected. • Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable and vendor reconciliations. • Process Accounts Receivable, generate invoices, and follow up on payments. • Calculate and remit TDS, ensure Income Tax compliance, and handle GST returns. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analysis reports in Excel. • Develop Excel‑based financial models, dashboards, and assist with budgeting and variance analysis. • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and maintain proper documentation. • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as required.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and have three to four years of hands‑on accounting or finance experience. Required technical skills include strong knowledge of AP/AR processes, comprehensive understanding of TDS, Income Tax and GST, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) plus familiarity with ERP systems. Core competencies such as analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize under pressure are essential. • Hold a B.Com degree with 3–4 years of accounting/finance experience. • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems. • Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, communication and time‑management abilities.
