About the Role

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras. • Produce residential photography for listings on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Coordinate appointments with scheduling and dispatch teams to meet client demand. • Conduct commercial‑real‑estate data collection by navigating one‑mile grids. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment usage. • Work up to 8 hours daily, including rotating weekend shifts and all‑season outdoor driving.

What You Bring

The role requires up to 8 hours of driving, standing, walking, and equipment handling each day, with occasional lifting of gear up to 5 lb and physical movements such as bending and squatting. Photographers must be able to work in all weather conditions and on a rotating weekend schedule. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving‑record background check. • Possess at least 2 years of real‑estate photography experience and an FAA Part 107 drone license. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, attention to detail, and proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
