About the Role
The Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable role focuses on daily SLA adherence, audit assistance, and tax calculations while delivering high‑level service to both internal and external stakeholders. The analyst ensures that all transactions follow established controls and procedures, and actively participates in team meetings and company initiatives. • Adhere to daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and generate related reports. • Support internal and external audits with required documentation. • Perform WHT, TDS, TCS, and GST calculations per country regulations. • Process invoices and payments following established controls and procedures. • Monitor bank statement transactions and reconcile discrepancies. • Manage mailbox for request and query handling, ensuring timely responses. • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for accounts payable operations. • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and VAT requirements. • Collaborate with team members in meetings and company initiatives.

What You Bring
The position requires precise, timely processing of deliverables with a strong emphasis on accuracy, quality, cost control, and effective communication. Maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with security, regulatory, and VAT requirements is essential, as is escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree or professional qualification and possess 2‑4 years of accounts payable experience in a multinational setting.
