About the Role

The Senior Scheduler will join the data‑center team on a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana, working onsite Monday‑Friday. The role demands quick ramp‑up, independent initiative, and the ability to manage both project‑level schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with clients and general contractors. • Travel regularly to the construction site. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi‑project environments. • Integrate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction teams into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies reflecting company and contractor roles and expectations. • Work with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity. • Provide interface and quality assurance for schedule performance tracking and reporting. • Consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports. • Prepare and update client progress reports, including integrated planning/scheduling contributions to monthly reports. • Produce high‑level and 1‑, 3‑, 6‑month look‑ahead reports from P6. • Perform probabilistic and trend analysis on integrated and contractor schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential schedule‑impacting issues. • Conduct critical‑path and schedule‑risk analyses for the project and program. • Analyze deviations from baseline, identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and assess change‑order impacts. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

• Located near Monroe, LA or willing to travel five days a week to Rayville, LA. • Strong Primavera P6 expertise in baseline development, updates, variance, critical‑path analysis, and reporting. • Experience supporting or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Mission‑critical or data‑center construction background (preferred). • Experience with vertical building construction, including commissioning, turnover, and closeout sequencing. • Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and start‑up dependencies. • Background in Project Controls (beneficial). • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with client‑side and contractor teams. • Capability to create detailed concept‑level schedules from limited information and manage multiple inputs. • Proficiency in Tableau, advanced Excel, and Power BI for schedule analysis and reporting. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • BS in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • PSP (AACE) and/or EIT certification preferred.
