About the Role

• Manage all aspects of MEP construction. • Create and execute action, corrective, and recovery plans with the PMO to meet program timelines. • Handle change management duties: quantity review, rate analysis, quotation collection, and bill review. • Ensure technical compliance with contract conditions, specifications, drawings, and BOQ. • Coordinate with design consultants to resolve site clarifications and inter‑package conflicts. • Oversee performance testing, training, and site handover, including punch‑list and snag‑list finalisation. • Liaise with client operations and medical teams to ensure smooth execution. • Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and senior Mott MacDonald management. • Support facility management by troubleshooting MEP issues with facility managers and contractors. • Apply project‑management best practices.

What You Bring

The role requires a Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering and 5‑10 years of experience in MEP projects for high‑end specifications such as 5‑star hotels, hospitals, commercial or residential buildings, preferably within real‑estate, commercial, or healthcare sectors. The functional focus is Project Management. • Possess 5‑10 years of experience in a similar MEP domain or organisation. • Demonstrate strong leadership and people‑management skills. • Understand MEP design, technical specifications, and bill of materials. • Knowledge of paramedical services such as nurse‑call, medical gas, and pneumatic chute systems. • Exhibit solid communication, teamwork, conflict‑resolution, and problem‑solving abilities. • Handle stressful situations effectively. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Willing to travel to site locations as required.
