Water EIT/Coordinator
Design and coordinate water/wastewater treatment and collection systems, focusing on hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Create detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment systems and collection systems under instruction from the Project Engineer. • Prepare plans, specifications, analysis, and study‑level reports for water and wastewater systems; determine design methods, equipment sizing and selection; work directly with the owner. • Apply engineering and modeling techniques to water resources projects for federal, state, and local municipalities under project engineers. • Focus on hydraulics and hydrology modeling, stormwater collection system modeling, data collection, assimilation, and presentations. • Conduct quality control reviews of completed designs.

What You Bring
• Master's degree. • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. • Candidates without an EIT will start in a Design Coordinator role and are expected to obtain the EIT for career progression. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field. • Interest or experience designing water/wastewater treatment facilities. • AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience. • Microsoft Office experience. • Ability to work in a team environment.
