About the Role
The role focuses on customer relationship management across JLL and its clients, leading all projects for strategic direction. It partners with the Account Leadership team—including the Account Director, Operations Management, HSSE, and Quality—to align all business lines. Additionally, the incumbent oversees the account training team to implement standards from Corporate JLL, Life Sciences, and all service lines. Day‑to‑day duties include leading training initiatives, supervising daily training activities, and developing strategy, direction, and priorities for projects and deliverables. The position maintains instructional design standards, creates processes to track milestones, estimates time and cost, and selects optimal delivery models (in‑person, online, etc.). It also resolves technical and operational issues while driving innovative solutions to improve client ROI. • Manage customer relationships across JLL and clients to ensure account success. • Lead and direct strategic training projects and initiatives. • Partner with Account Director, Operations, HSSE, and Quality teams to align business lines. • Supervise daily training activities, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the account training team. • Develop instructional design standards, templates, and project plans. • Identify optimal training delivery models (in‑person, online, etc.) based on technology and user groups. • Track project milestones, timelines, and cost estimates; drive innovation to improve client ROI. • Maintain strong communication and presentation skills to demonstrate training ROI.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include experience creating training material in the Life Sciences or highly regulated environments, proven strategic partnership and positive customer relationships, and training management in a regulatory context. Excellent communication and staff‑management abilities are essential.
