About the Role
The Sustainability Strategy Advisor – also termed Sustainability Strategy Lead – is responsible for delivering impactful environmental and sustainability services across key client accounts. Acting as the primary expert on sustainability initiatives, the role drives improvement programs, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures projects achieve environmental targets and comply with relevant standards. In this role you will lead and coordinate sustainability improvement programmes, including environmental reporting and initiative management. You will identify and implement innovative environmental strategies, manage project delivery, budgets, timelines, and milestone reporting, and prepare reports that meet client and regulatory requirements. What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses strong research, analytical and technical writing skills, and a solid understanding of environmental and energy legislation such as NGERS. You should be a self‑starter with sound judgment, excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities, and strong planning, organisational and presentation capabilities.
