About the Role

The Sales Manager with Hilton Grand Vacations assists Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, addresses guest questions, and helps guide the sales closing process. Additional responsibilities include assisting the sales management team in closing timeshare sales, generating maximum sales efficiencies while meeting or exceeding net sales volume targets, supervising the sales line through training and modeling effective sales and customer service practices, promoting the HGVC culture, and maintaining a professional image that upholds HGVC standards of integrity, quality, and service. • Assist sales executives with presentation strategy, guest inquiries, and closing sales. • Drive timeshare sales efficiency and achieve or exceed net sales targets. • Supervise and train sales staff, modeling effective sales and customer service practices. • Promote and uphold the HGVC brand culture and professional standards. • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 7‑day office environment.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a minimum of two years of proven success in timeshare sales, the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, a valid Hawaii real estate license, clear communication skills with internal and external customers, and at least a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members, prior experience as a sales lead or in timeshare ownership, and a bachelor's degree. • Meet minimum qualifications: 2 years timeshare sales success, valid Hawaii real‑estate license, high school diploma/GED. • Preferred: 2 years coaching/supervising experience, prior sales lead or timeshare ownership role, BA/BS degree.
