About the Role

The Field Sales Consultant role focuses on self‑generating sales leads and delivering in‑home presentations of Sunrun’s solar products and services. The primary goal is to build genuine human connections with potential customers, qualify them, and guide them through the solar adoption process while enjoying field‑based, face‑to‑face interactions. • Develop self‑generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments • Provide industry‑leading customer experience from contact through installation • Conduct in‑home sales presentations and assess customer needs • Manage pipeline from prospect to install, following up on leads and consultations • Accurately record outcomes in the CRM system • Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year sales or lead generation experience (in‑home sales preferred) • Age 21+, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass background check • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends • Comfortable using iPad/computer and multiple software applications; CRM experience a plus
