About the Role

The role encompasses a wide variety of carpentry tasks for both commercial and residential projects, ranging from structural framing to detailed finishing work. Candidates should be prepared to handle diverse responsibilities as required by each project. • Perform start‑to‑finish carpentry on commercial and residential projects • Install metal studs and framing • Execute rough builds • Conduct trim work, including molding, cabinets, doors, and windows • Apply drywall finishing • Carry out remodeling tasks • Provide personal tools for the trade • Wear proper personal protective equipment • Participate in 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan

Most positions are first‑shift and offer a pay range of $28‑$32 per hour based on experience and skill level. This opportunity is ideal for carpenters who want to work with proven craftsmen focused on safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. Applicants must have a solid carpentry background, bring their own tools, follow strict safety protocols, and preferably hold OSHA 10 certification. Consistent use of proper PPE is mandatory. • Demonstrate previous carpentry experience • Hold OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
