About the Role

The Project Manager role contributes directly to HDR’s mission of making great things possible worldwide. You will work on small‑to‑medium and routine large projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from initiation through close‑out, while maintaining client relationships and supporting marketing and design efforts. • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage all aspects of complex small‑to‑medium or routine large projects. • Oversee multiple small‑to‑medium projects concurrently. • Build and maintain client relationships; engage in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Lead work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workloads to ensure on‑schedule delivery. • Track project financials and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Conduct periodic project reviews with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership. • Implement quality assurance/quality control procedures.

What You Bring

• Preferred: experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED and PMP certification. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration as an architect. • Required: Minimum 7 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years of project management. • Required: Ability to lead project teams and mentor staff. • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and strong planning skills.
