About the Role
Based at any Transgrid depot, the Maintenance Data Coordinator supports maintenance programs by ensuring high‑quality data, streamlining processes, and enabling accurate performance tracking. The role works closely with Program Leads and the Data Analyst to provide reliable insights that improve on‑time performance and reduce inefficiencies. • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of work orders and maintain accurate Maximo job data. • Regularly update job estimates, target dates, and scheduling details to preserve data integrity. • Participate in meetings to resolve outstanding issues, improve workflows, and strengthen accountability. • Support Maintenance Performance Index (MPI) reporting and deliver insights to meet delivery targets. • Manage re‑baselining of corrective maintenance backlogs to reflect true program performance. • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to enable accurate reporting and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven experience in data coordination, maintenance administration, or program support, preferably within utilities or infrastructure. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI reporting, combined with excellent attention to detail when managing large data sets, is essential. • Preferable experience with enterprise asset management systems, especially Maximo, and familiarity with MPI reporting.
