About the Role

The operator supports the mason crew by operating gasoline, liquefied‑gas, or electric industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices like spider cranes, forklifts, booms, and other attachments to move, lift, stack, or transport materials. Work must be performed safely, with quality, and within productivity specifications as directed by the foreman. • Operate forklift and lifting apparatus by moving levers and pressing pedals. • Position cranes, forks, or lifting platforms to transport loads to designated areas. • Unload and stack materials using lifting devices. • Inventory work‑area materials and supply workers as needed. • Weigh materials or products and record weights on tags or schedules. • Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices. • Maintain forklift by lubricating, recharging batteries, refueling, or replacing gas tanks. • Erect scaffolding to meet safety and job requirements. • Assist masons and other trades as directed by foreman or supervisor. • Participate in daily huddles and prioritize safety on all job sites. • Model The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times.
