About the Role
• Manage and maintain JD Edwards (JDE) environments, including tools release, upgrades, OMW, pathcodes, and data sources. • Oversee package builds, deployments, server monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshoot UBE/kernel issues. • Administer IBM i / iSeries systems (V7R4M0), handling active jobs, subsystems, mutex errors, SQL packages, DB2/400, libraries, job queues, and disaster recovery testing. • Administer Linux and WebLogic servers (RHEL, WebLogic 14.1.1), including JDK/WebLogic patching, SSL/keystore management, AIS integrations, and automated server installations. • Manage third‑party software integrations with JDE such as ReportsNow, BuildPro, SailPoint, HomeBuilder OS, and related applications. • Ensure security and compliance via LDAP/SSL setup, AIS troubleshooting, and JDE security monitoring. • Lead operations and disaster‑recovery activities: monitoring, purge routines, performance tuning, and DR runbook execution. • Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, data, QA, project managers, and designers to capture functional and non‑functional requirements. • Write maintainable code, implement unit/integration tests, and develop reusable components. • Establish development practices, mentor engineers, and drive Agile processes.

What You Bring
The Lead CNC Engineer role requires strong JD Edwards (JDE) Core CNC expertise to design, develop, deploy, and maintain software applications while overseeing JDE technical operations and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions. The position is primarily sedentary office work, requiring the ability to operate computer equipment, communicate verbally, lift up to 25 lb, and have fine finger dexterity. • Master’s in Computer Science (5+ years experience) or Bachelor’s (7+ years) with web technology stack. • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. • Proven leadership in managing developer teams and delivering complex solutions. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and Agile mentorship. • 7+ years JavaScript, 5+ years React.js, expertise in HTML, CSS, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design. • Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and debugging complex issues.
