About the Role

The Principal QA Developer for Fusion Industry Cloud will lead the development of quality strategies and automation systems that ensure accurate analytics reporting and reliable SSR pipelines. This role focuses on shifting defect detection left by catching issues early in CI/PR workflows and validating end-to-end pipeline correctness. Key responsibilities include defining the analytics quality strategy across client reporting, SSR pipelines, and downstream consumption, building automated test frameworks, and creating comprehensive end-to-end test plans that cover ingestion through dashboard output. The incumbent will also develop reusable test harnesses and validation utilities, embed results into developer workflows, and collaborate with engineering to set clear “definition of done” criteria for analytics features. • Define and execute analytics quality strategy across client reporting, SSR pipelines, and downstream consumption. • Build automated test frameworks for early detection of analytics/reporting failures in PR/CI pipelines. • Create end-to-end test plans covering ingestion, validation, enrichment, warehouse publication, and dashboard/BI outputs. • Develop reusable test harnesses, test data, and validation utilities integrated into developer workflows. • Partner with engineering to establish “definition of done” criteria, including test coverage, performance checks, and release readiness. • Triage pipeline and data-quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. • Coach the team on quality standards, templates, and accountability.
