About the Role

• Perform HVAC maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and part replacement. • Service plumbing systems, repairing and installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. • Conduct carpentry tasks, installing or repairing doors, shelves, countertops, and locks. • Execute painting and drywall/plaster repairs. • Handle electrical and appliance work, including lighting, wiring, circuit repairs, and switch replacement. • Maintain mechanical equipment such as chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match.

What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem‑solving, and thrives in a team environment. The role involves maintaining and repairing building systems and delivering exceptional customer service to residents. • Possess 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property maintenance (3–4 years may substitute education). • Hold a High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience). • Hold preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing as applicable. • Maintain a valid driver’s license when required. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability. • Be available to work weekends as needed.
