About the Role

The Engineer is responsible for improving production efficiency through process enhancements, researching and developing new manufacturing technologies to reduce costs, improve safety, reliability, and quality. This role serves as a key resource for continuous improvement and collaborates with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Quality to meet production and customer requirements. • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to product fabrication and new configurations. • Lead capital projects to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide analysis‑based recommendations. • Drive engineering changes to improve quality, cost, and lead time. • Develop solutions addressing operator safety, quality, productivity, and cost. • Analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods, equipment, and standards. • Create 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks. • Review others’ drawings for accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Compare customer specifications to company capabilities and standards. • Issue Engineering Change Notices with required documentation. • Prepare final reports and perform quality checks on data and calculations. • Lead process validation and pilot production for new or improved equipment. • Investigate new technologies and equipment design options.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 3–6 years of engineering experience in design, development, or project management. • Proficiency with engineering design, analysis, and implementation software tools. • Adherence to policies, timely completion of administrative tasks, and support of organizational values. • Ability to make sound decisions, explain reasoning, and involve appropriate stakeholders. • Demonstrates thoroughness, seeks quality improvements, applies feedback, and monitors own work.
