About the Role
Ensure all work fully complies with Health & Safety regulations, RA/MS documentation, and permit requirements. Act as the main on‑site contact, keeping day‑to‑day operations smooth on complex, fast‑paced projects. Oversee installation of critical power systems such as LV/MV switchgear, UPS, and power distribution equipment, while collaborating closely with the Project Manager to provide updates, forecast needs, and identify risks early. Maintain effective resource utilisation to support project profitability and highlight additional scope when needed. Perform auditing for site testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities. CSCS and SMSTS certifications are required, with training available if needed. Proven experience managing construction sites—ideally in electrical systems, critical power projects, or data centre environments—is essential, along with a strong understanding of CDM Regulations and construction H&S requirements. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, RA/MS documentation, and permits • Serve as primary on‑site contact for daily operations • Oversee installation of LV/MV switchgear, UPS, and power distribution equipment • Collaborate with Project Manager on updates, forecasts, and risk identification • Optimise resource utilisation to protect project profitability • Audit site testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities

What You Bring
A solid engineering background, preferably electrical, and experience using H&S systems, Quality Management Systems, and document control tools are required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, plus the ability to prioritise, solve problems, and adapt quickly on fast‑moving projects, are crucial. A customer‑focused mindset, the capacity to manage both technical teams and external partners, and fluent English are also necessary. • Hold CSCS and SMSTS certifications (training provided if required) • Experience managing construction sites in electrical or data‑centre projects • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction H&S requirements • Strong engineering background, preferably electrical • Proficient with H&S systems, Quality Management Systems, and document control tools • Skilled in Microsoft 365 and stakeholder communication • Able to prioritise, solve problems, and adapt quickly in fast‑paced environments • Customer‑focused with ability to lead technical teams and external partners • Fluent English proficiency
