About the Role
Retail Merchandisers act as a vital link between Footprint Solutions and its retail customers, implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking shelves, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Merchandisers service multiple locations within an assigned territory on a recurring basis. The position reports directly to a District Manager while allowing the merchandiser to work independently onsite at retailer locations, managing schedules, photos, travel expenses, and reporting remotely. • Choose assignments in metropolitan markets or small towns that fit your lifestyle. • Communicate effectively with retailers and internal teams. • Solve problems and make decisions independently. • Use smartphone technology for scheduling, reporting, and documentation. • Manage time efficiently and meet reporting deadlines.
