Dispatchers act as the link between field technicians and customers, assigning technicians to urgent jobs, communicating schedule changes, and ensuring efficient handling of customer needs. The position offers autonomy and the chance to build a lasting career within a tight‑knit team. • Dispatch technicians to urgent customer needs. • Coordinate jobs across multiple technicians with managers. • Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling. • Answer and schedule incoming service calls. • Verify daily completion of timecards. • Schedule and complete return service calls. • Maintain a friendly and welcoming phone presence.
