About the Role

In this role you will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. A typical day includes performing a variety of trades, responding to service requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and assisting with resident functions while adhering to company policies. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks as needed. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency calls according to company policy. • Assist with resident functions. • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, a self-starter, and a team player with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work on-call schedules. • Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. • A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call. • Punctual, dependable, self-starter, and team-player attitude.
