About the Role
As a graduate civil engineer you will support site engineers in everyday engineering activities, contribute to safety initiatives, and help maintain accurate project documentation and records. The position also provides opportunities to engage with innovative processes and to manage site resources responsibly while gaining experience in planning and monitoring. • Assist Site Engineers with setting out and engineering control on site. • Participate in creating a safe working environment. • Complete diary sheets and provide photographic evidence as required. • Support material reconciliations and ensure surveying equipment is calibrated. • Carry out as‑built surveys and produce 2D/3D site sketches. • Maintain quality records in line with Inspection & Test Plans and as‑built documentation. • Provide basic planning, monitoring and programming support. • Control and minimise waste on site. • Identify and introduce new processes, techniques and innovations. • Safeguard and securely store company property.

What You Bring
Applicants should be on track to obtain a BEng or MEng (or equivalent) in civil engineering by September 2026, hold or be able to obtain a full UK driving licence, and have the right to work in the UK. The ideal candidate is collaborative, solution‑focused, self‑motivated, adaptable and naturally curious. • Graduate degree (BEng/MEng or equivalent) in civil engineering expected by Sep 2026. • Full UK driving licence (or obtain by 7 Sep 2026) and eligibility to work in the UK. • Ability to work on‑site, travel and stay away from home as required. • Demonstrates collaboration, problem‑solving, self‑starting, adaptability and inquisitiveness.
