About the Role
As a Packaging Engineering intern you will help create and refine packaging solutions, working closely with global teams and external suppliers to define material specifications and project priorities. You will develop packaging structures that optimize quality and cost, qualify them through testing, and generate specifications, labeling, and approvals. Prototyping for customer line reviews and retailer sales pitches will also be part of the responsibilities. • Design and execute innovative packaging solutions in collaboration with global teams and suppliers. • Develop packaging structures, material specifications, and conduct testing to balance quality and cost. • Create prototypes and packaging specifications for retailer reviews and sales presentations. • Utilize Artios CAD, TOPS/Cape, and Adobe Creative Suite for design work.

The ideal candidate is a rising junior or senior slated to graduate in 2027 or 2028, pursuing a degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering or a related discipline, and maintains strong academic performance. A basic understanding of packaging manufacturing processes—such as printing, die‑cutting, thermoforming, injection and blow molding—and of materials like corrugated, paperboard, and plastic is required. Familiarity with design tools including Artios CAD, TOPS/Cape, and Adobe Creative Suite is also preferred. • Pursue a degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field; be a rising junior or senior (graduating 2027‑2028) with strong academic record. • Understand packaging manufacturing processes such as printing, die‑cutting, thermoforming, injection and blow molding, and material properties.
