About the Role

• Manage full project cycle for national clients • Interface with clients regarding expectations, schedule, and permitting • Coordinate staff and contractors locally and nationally • Submit project documents to jurisdictional agencies, cities, and utilities • Research agency requirements • Track tasks and client deliverable documents • Facilitate client communications such as proposals, letters, contracts, and transmittals • Compile and assemble reports; oversee large production jobs, printing, and binding • Assist engineering staff with contract processes and insurance certificates • Prepare weekly trackers or job status communications for clients • Support internal clients with billing and invoice reviews • Create, proofread, edit, format, and finalize project‑related documents and reports

What You Bring

• 3‑5+ years coordinating projects for national or corporate clients • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Proficient in Adobe Professional • Strong proofing, formatting, and editing abilities • Highly organized and detail‑oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities and perform under deadline pressure • Skilled at working with diverse people and in team environments • Able to travel on a limited basis
