Dining Server
Serve meals and assist residents with dining needs in senior living community.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Take residents' dining orders with a friendly, attentive demeanor. • Learn and remember residents' names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. • Set up the dining room, ensuring all service items (silverware, napkins, menus, condiments) are ready. • Clean and sanitize dining areas, menus, kitchen, and serving stations as directed. • Follow safe food handling practices. • Prepare beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service. • Assist residents with special dining requests and ensure all are accounted for each meal. • Document resident attendance for each meal. • Support special events and attend all scheduled in‑service training. • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and community policies.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Minimum one year experience in fine‑dining hospitality or full‑service senior living. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. • Experience working with seniors. • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lb, and perform frequent physical tasks using proper body mechanics.
