About the Role
The intern will assist with a wide range of marketing tasks, including reviewing RFQs, managing the marketing inbox, preparing expense reports and travel arrangements, and producing proposals and reports. Additional duties involve supporting conference and event planning, conducting research, updating the Vision marketing database, and handling document printing and binding. • Review and distribute RFQs to marketing leadership • Manage the general marketing inbox • Prepare expense reports and coordinate travel bookings • Produce proposals, leave‑behinds, and reports • Support conference and event planning, including meals and logistics • Assist project managers and coordinators with resume collection, forms, and proposal materials • Conduct research tasks for marketing initiatives • Update project, employee, and client data in Vision database • Print and bind large technical documents • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, staff calendars, and courier services • Track and report recently won projects
