Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs, suggest and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50 % of shift and climb stairs. • Clean interior spaces and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Provide excellent customer service with prior experience in retail, restaurant or similar settings.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the shift, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and daily maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Candidates should have customer‑service‑focused sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food or other service‑based) and possess a valid driver’s license. They must use their own vehicle to travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Hold a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed).
