• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual/swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal, storefront and automatic folding, swing, sliding doors. • Service diverse door equipment and control devices, performing preventative maintenance. • Apply carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and operate under time constraints. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and deliver strong customer service.

What You Bring
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves repairing and replacing ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing and sliding doors. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills, and a clean driving record. Preferred candidates may hold AAADM certification and have experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam and Assa Abloy. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and deliver high‑quality service both independently and as part of a team. • Work effectively both independently and within a team environment. • Minimum 2 years of automatic‑door installation or service experience; AAADM certification a plus. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and maintain a clean driving record. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous.
