About the Role

The Regional Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager – Level 2 will oversee occupational safety management for assigned profit centers. This role implements safety policies, tracks performance using leading and lagging indicators, and reports issues to the National Safety Director or VP of Safety and Risk Management. The manager also travels overnight as needed to support multiple locations. • Oversee occupational safety management across assigned profit centers. • Implement and enforce safety policies and programs. • Develop and track strategic safety plans using leading and lagging indicators. • Analyze incident data to improve performance at multiple locations. • Present safety information in classroom or conference‑call settings. • Communicate safety issues to National Safety Director or VP of Safety and Risk Management. • Travel overnight to support site visits and inspections.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least five years managing safety, health, and environmental programs. Preferred certifications include CSP, ASP, and CIH. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in OSHA, DOT regulations, and MS Office are required. • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum five years of experience with safety, health, and environmental management systems. • Preferred certifications: CSP, ASP, CIH. • Knowledge of OSHA construction/general industry and DOT transportation regulations. • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
