Job Highlights
About the Role
The graduate role develops delegated architectural design elements to the concept stage, ensuring compliance with business, legal, and project requirements. It builds technical capability, broadens understanding of design and construction processes, and offers exposure to related disciplines. The role also actively engages in the graduate development programme and supports project needs, including security clearances where required. • Conduct inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and standards. • Verify materials against approved material inspection requests (MIRs). • Process non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and site observation reports (SORs). • Manage snagging and de‑snagging activities to uphold project quality standards. • Update knowledge of UAE building codes, architectural guidelines, and authority requirements (ADM, DMT, Estidama, etc.). • Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP disciplines during execution. • Identify and report deviations from approved drawings and specifications. • Manage inspection schedules and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation.

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Understand Abu Dhabi authority prerequisites and approval processes for architectural works. • Hold a diploma or degree in architecture or architectural engineering. • Possess relevant UAE experience with PMC or supervision consultancy. • Have a strong mixed‑use development background with understanding of Design‑&‑Build and FIDIC Yellow Book. • Be proficient in MS Office and QA/QC tools; Arabic is an advantage.
