About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will drive incremental sales revenue for assigned depot territories by identifying new prospective customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and enhancing overall sales productivity. The ISR collaborates closely with Outside Sales, Customer Service Representatives, Depot Managers, and Product Managers to support customer‑facing processes such as inquiry handling, quotations, and communications. Key duties include prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calls, project database mining, and email outreach; delivering qualified leads to the Outside Sales team; closing sales directly when possible; coordinating marketing campaigns; re‑engaging dormant accounts; assisting with quote and engineering requests; updating the CRM with detailed prospect and project data; supporting customer retention strategies; and meeting individual and team revenue targets while adhering to safety standards. • Identify and qualify new prospects through cold calling and lead services • Reactivate dormant accounts and create renewal plans • Deliver sales leads to Outside Sales and close deals when possible • Assist with quote requests, engineering solutions, and order processing • Maintain up-to-date CRM data and track sales metrics • Meet individual and team revenue and productivity goals • Travel 10-20% within the region to visit customers and job sites

What You Bring

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1‑2 years of B2B inside sales experience—preferably in construction—demonstrated success in cold‑calling and account reactivation, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related tools. Technical aptitude for construction equipment, the ability to read blueprints, analytical skills, and willingness to travel 10‑20% (including occasional overnight trips) are required, as is the physical ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 25‑50 pounds.
