What You Bring

The Technician Apprenticeship program trains entry‑level technicians over two years, covering electrical, HVAC, wheel end, air, air brake, and hydraulic systems. Candidates must commit to completing the two‑year program, demonstrate logical problem‑solving abilities, and have an interest in engineering and technology. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays and adherence to Republic Services’ safety, ethics, and respect values are required. Participants must travel to and reside in Dallas for the initial training and be willing to relocate nationwide after program completion.
