About the Role
Key responsibilities include driving a DevSecOps culture, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, provisioning cloud resources via Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and deploying applications across virtual machines, Azure App Services, and container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. The engineer will also implement observability solutions, integrate security scanning tools, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with development teams to deliver secure, reliable software. • Drive DevSecOps culture and embed security into CI/CD pipelines. • Design, implement, and maintain pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy. • Provision and manage AWS and Azure resources with Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates. • Deploy applications to VMs, Azure App Services, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift. • Implement observability with Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor. • Integrate SAST, DAST, and container security scanning into pipelines and ensure compliance. • Collaborate with development teams for secure, reliable automated delivery. • Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize performance. • Develop scripts in Shell, PowerShell, and Python; work in Agile Scrum using JIRA. • Apply vulnerability management and compliance frameworks such as CIS and NIST.

What You Bring
The Senior DevSecOps & Observability Engineer role is based in Bangalore, India, and requires extensive experience in DevSecOps practices, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise with both AWS and Azure, modern observability tools, and a solid grasp of secure software development principles. Required skills encompass strong DevSecOps methodology knowledge, proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy), deep experience on AWS and Azure, and IaC expertise using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
