About the Role
• Manage the schedule board and assign technicians to service calls and installations. • Balance labor across service and installation work by territory. • Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep lead times short. • Serve as the primary scheduling contact for technicians during work hours. • Ensure timely booking of all service calls and installable jobs. • Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and customers to set accurate expectations. • Provide cross‑coverage for the Process Coordinator during vacations or peak periods. • Collect purchase order or COD details from customers and process credit‑card payments when needed. • Handle most customer and internal calls related to scheduling. • Track CSR closure readiness, aiming to close CSR’s within 10 days. • Monitor technician productivity and CSR closure rates to meet service goals.

The role is critical for coordinating service calls and installations across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Upstate New York, optimizing technician utilization, minimizing delays, and enhancing customer satisfaction. • High school diploma or GED required; college or trade school preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer use. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent problem‑solving, detail orientation, and accuracy. • Basic math aptitude. • Ability to act with urgency and exceed customer expectations. • Capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment. • Outstanding organizational abilities.

Benefits
The position is based on‑site in Londonderry, New Hampshire, with a schedule of Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and a one‑hour lunch break. Pay ranges from $26.50 to $31.50 per hour, depending on experience.
