About the Role
The Transmission Section Manager leads the production division, ensuring efficient operations, staff growth, financial health, and high standards of quality and client outreach. In addition to managing projects, the role coordinates administrative and technical services across sections and works closely with marketing and national leadership to drive project success. • Oversee production operations, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support. • Act as Project Manager responsible for project production and management duties. • Manage administrative and technical service functions, coordinating with other sections. • Participate in marketing planning, proposals, and client interviews. • Engage with industrial and public clients on marketing and project production matters. • Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated via a proactive project management system. • Implement, monitor, and support company policies. • Recruit, train, develop, and manage technical personnel. • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams. • Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national initiatives. • Maintain required professional registration, license, or certification where applicable.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience and at least ten years in the field, with any necessary professional licenses.
