About the Role
The internship begins on May 4, 2026, and a Research Intern will update tenant and related information in the company’s database, support data‑integrity projects, meet weekly targets, and present a final project summary at the end of the term while maintaining a professional attitude and strong work ethic. • Update tenant and related data in the research database for analysis and sales use. • Perform miscellaneous data‑entry tasks supporting the data‑integrity program. • Meet weekly targets to ensure project deadlines are achieved. • Present a project summary at the conclusion of the internship. • Participate in a Virtual Global Speaker Series on industry and professional development topics.

What You Bring
Candidates should be in their 3rd or 4th yearuated studying real‑estate, business administration, research, analytics, or a related field. They must be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—possess strong communication and customer‑service skills, be organized and detail‑oriented, and work well both independently and as part of a team. A driver’s license with summer car access is optional. • Current 3rd or 4th‑year student in real‑estate, business, research, analytics, or related field. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word for daily tasks and presentations. • Strong communication, customer service and professional demeanor. • Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Team player with a proactive, independent mindset; driver’s license optional.
