What You Bring

In the role of Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for design in all phases of a project, demonstrating master‑level knowledge of the interior design process from programming through construction administration, and leading the interior design team on projects of any size or complexity. You will delegate and supervise the work of others, and must possess professional communication, presentation, and client‑management skills to clearly document and present design concepts to all project stakeholders and industry peers. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential, and you must maintain optimism despite challenging circumstances. It is also critical to leverage technology to present and document ideas, requiring strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include LEED AP and WELL AP credentials. A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant design‑firm environment. Candidates must hold NCIDQ certification and an interior design license in the state or province where applicable. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. • Possess at least 10 years of relevant design-firm experience. • Be an NCIDQ certified professional. • Hold a valid interior design license in the applicable state or province. • Preferred: LEED AP and WELL AP credentials.
